1. Sales to consumers
The online sale of Spoonbill as well as the delivery to consumers is done by and under the license of Liquor Store-Wijnhandel “De Druiventuin”. The General Terms and Conditions of Slijterij Wijnhandel De Druiventuin regarding the sale, delivery and warranty of products apply. Dutch law applies to all conditions.

3. Ordering, payment & delivery times
After ordering one or more items via the spoonbillgin.com website, you will receive a confirmation email / order confirmation with your order details. Payment can be made online via iDEAL, Pay-Pal or credit card.
After receipt of payment, the product (s), if in stock, will be delivered by an external courier service within 3 working days. If desired, you can opt for your own delivery service within the Purmerend region at a reduced rate. It is also possible to pick up the order in the physical store of “De Druiventuin” in Purmerend. When picking up, you will be asked to provide the order confirmation and to identify yourself.
If the product (s) concerned is not in stock, the customer will be informed in writing (E-mail) of the delivery date. The customer then has the choice to cancel the order that has already been placed or to continue the order.
Delivery under cash on delivery is not possible.
4. Prices & Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the website are in Euro and include VAT and excise duties and exclude shipping costs. If a price change takes place after placing an order, the price stated on the website will be binding.
Spoonbill reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time and, if an order has been placed, will notify the customer in writing (e-mail). The customer then has the choice to cancel the order that has already been placed or to continue the order.
The shipping costs are shown on the website when ordering. Shipment will take place via an external courier service or – if relevant – if desired by the own delivery service within Purmerend.
Despite our utmost care, it may happen that you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased. Damaged products, not caused by the buyer, can be returned at Spoonbill’s expense in the original or, if it is no longer usable, a replacement shipping packaging. The purchase amount and the shipping costs will then be returned.
Items that are lost during shipment will of course be reimbursed to the buyer, including shipping costs incurred. Incorrectly ordered products can be returned to “De Druiventuin” within 10 days. The amount of the product will be returned, the shipping costs incurred are entirely at the buyer’s expense.
Spoonbill and Slijterij Wijnhandel De Druiventuin are not liable for computer technical malfunctions or resulting inaccuracies. We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping the ordered products.
Damaged products visible on delivery must be reported in writing to Spoonbill within 2 working days. The customer bears the risk of the products from the moment the products are accepted for receipt at the specified address.
In the event of force majeure, the customer is not entitled to any compensation, not even if Spoonbill and Liquor Store Wijnhandel De Druiventuin were to gain any advantage as a result of the force majeure.
7. Personal data
The personal data received by us with the order will be treated with the utmost care. This information will only be used for the order placed and will not be provided to third parties. We apply the principles of the Personal Data Protection Act. Customer accounts will be deleted after 12 months, as well as all orders on that account.
